Thursday Cardio and Cafe
Good Morning Everyone!
Running a little behind this morning so I will need to make this shorter than usual. Another hot one predicted for today so I will stick to my increased fluids and cool food plan. I did have a grilled steak and veggies last night and it really warmed me up again after eating.
I will be in several meetings at least through the morning today, so I do not know what the day may bring. I really hate getting in and out of a vehicle when it is so humid outside.
I have some new recipes to try out and will probably wait until this weekend to get them all together for next week's food.
For today it will be protein shakes or salads (if I end up in a lunch meeting) and maybe some fresh fruit throughout the day.
Well I am off for a shower and to get ready for my first meeting.

Hope everyone is doing well this Thursday morning. I'm up a bit early today for a brisk 30 minute walk on treadmill. I'm also taking this "alone" time (my family is still asleep), to really think about my day.
I need to stick to the basics today. Lately, I've been having issues with planning my day. I'm also not carefully watching my drinking.
Plan for today:
- Wait 30 min. before & after meals for liquids
- Take my vitamins
- Exercise
- Healthy food choices/sensible portions (trying to keep this simple, I often "over-think" food)
- Seek support

Good morning - Sounds as though we have a busy day ahead of us. I know I do. Hopefully this is the day the paperwork to be signed for my new job will come in today and we can get that show on the road?
I pledge a good ole BOTT day. Probably a bit light on exercise but food will be well within my calorie limit. water will be no problem as hot as it iswill be today.
Sadly, oil balls are beginning to wah up on my beach. There's a fishing ban and no entry into the water order out - and it's just beginning. Tragic!!!!!
